PROGRAMS OFFERED
Preschool
Our Preschool program is called Little Acorns. Our educational approach is based on developing the whole child. We place emphasis on listening, following directions, working together in small groups, taking turns, being kind to each other, and building relationships.
Elementary School
Our elementary students enjoy many activities including music, art, science, crafts, K/1st language classes, 2nd-4th grade physical education, and K/1st-5th grades for weekly lessons given by the parents such as foreign languages such as French, Spanish (all levels) and Mandarin.
Middle School
In addition to core curriculum classes such as literature, sciences, mathematics, foreign languages, arts and crafts, students are given the opportunity to explore specific interests through elective classes. These can include computer science, cooking, drawing, PE, photography and more.

After-School Art Classes
Join us after school for a variety of art classes that explore a wide range of different mediums and topics. From sketching and painting to ceramics and pottery, we have a class for every kind of artist – beginner or expert.
Summer Art Classes
If you prefer your art classes to be outdoors, consider joining us for our summer day camp. Spend the week immersing yourself in nature while also exploring your creativity with exciting projects and crafts.
Cooking Classes
Cooking is not simply a skill; it’s an experience. At Twin Cedars Waldorf School, we believe that learning to cook can open a door to a new world of creativity and culture.
Young Naturalist Classes
Are you interested in learning about the world around us? Then come out with us for our Young Naturalist classes, where we study animals, plants, habitat, and more as we prepare ourselves for a summer field trip!
