Oak Grove Montessori School utilizes a communication tool called SchoolCues, which is designed to help busy parents in the technology generation stay engaged with all of the important events and information at the Grove. <\/b><\/p>\n

The administrative and teaching team at OGMS uses SchoolCues to send messages and notifications, and families can use the portal to fill out their (re)enrollment paperwork, access important documents, pay their tuition invoices online, and more! Parents receive communications in their inbox, and\/or through a free smartphone app if they\u2019d like. Urgent communications are sent through SchoolCues via text as well. <\/p>\n

OGMS families should activate at least one account per family at the time of enrollment. It will only take a few moments to get signed up.<\/p>\n

Step 1 : Register your account<\/p>\n

  1. Go to https:\/\/www.SchoolCues.com<\/a><\/span> and click on the button which says \u2018Sign in | Sign up”.<\/span><\/a><\/li>\n
  2. On the next page, click on the button New user Sign up.<\/span><\/a><\/li>\n
  3. Enter the Invitation code OGMSCUES<\/strong> (case sensitive).<\/li>\n
  4. Enter your e-mail address and password and confirm password.<\/li>\n
  5. Enter the verification code shown.<\/li>\n
  6. Accept the terms and click on CREATE USER.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    Step 2 : Activate your account<\/p>\n

    After your account is created, you will receive a confirmation e-mail from no-reply@schoolcues.com<\/span>, with instructions to activate your account. Click on the link in the e-mail, this will activate your account.<\/p>\n

    Note: Make sure your e-mail spam settings and security settings are set to allow e-mails from SchoolCues.com. If you do not see an e-mail from no-reply@schoolcues.com<\/span> in your inbox, please check your spam folder.<\/p>\n

    After this you will be able to login using your e-mail as login id and password at https:\/\/www.SchoolCues.com<\/span>.<\/p>\n

    Step 3 : Manage Profile to Customize Your Settings<\/p>\n

    Update your profile under the Manage Profile<\/span> link on the top right corner of your home page. Here, you can set your communications preferences and confirm that your cell phone number is correct (so we can send text messages for urgent notifications or time sensitive reminders).<\/p>\n
